AJS Plumbing & Heating was established in 2014 by Adam Smith. Prior to this Adam worked alongside his father as part of a family plumbing and heating business for nine years, before his father took retirement and Adam decided to start his own business.

Adam is Gas Safe and OFTEC registered. In 2012, Adam was joint winner of the OFTEC Oil Boiler Installer of the Year Award in recognition of the high standard of work he provides.

Joe Meakin has worked for the company for 2 years and is OFTEC registered and able to install unvented hot water cylinders. Both Adam and Paul are Daikin approved service contractors for the local area. Paul Hibbs frequently subcontracts for AJS Plumbing & Heating and brings a further twelve years of plumbing and heating knowledge and experience. We also welcome Joe Peters to the team who is finishing his apprenticeship with us.

AJS Plumbing & Heating are based in North Dorset providing commercial and domestic services including; oil servicing, installation and maintenance, gas servicing, installation and maintenance, renewable energy including ground source heat pumps (BEPEC), air source heat pumps (BEPEC) and solar thermal, unvented/vented hot water cylinders, bathroom installations, landlord safety certificates, power flushing and general plumbing needs. AJS Plumbing & Heating are able to cover large areas of Dorset as well as Somerset.

The company has public liability insurance of £5,000,000.
